The following is a guide to help you understand what you can expect to pay to have a landscape design drawn and presented to you.
Amounts do not include the initial consultation fee.
All projects will be quoted after the initial consultation.

Residential Landscape Design
Landscape lighting design are also available with any design package for an extra fee.
All landscape design projects will be quoted on a case-by-case basis -- above fees are simply a guideline.
Projects outside of the Seattle area will require additional travel time.

Large Yard Designs
Expected cost to produce and present landscape design drawings: $4,500-$6,000+
- For properties up to 10,000 sq. ft.
- Includes a full-color or black white CAD drawing.
- Design work is personalized to your tastes based on your responses in the Landscape Design Questionnaire
- Selection of all plants, hardscape materials and fence/trellis/deck designs.
- Larger sites, up to several acres welcome! Please contact me for a personalized quote.
Small Yard Design
Expected cost to produce and present landscape design drawings: $2,500-$4,000
- For properties 5,000 sq. ft. or smaller within service area
- Includes a pencil sketch to scale, with all proposed materials and plants labeled, that any landscape contractor can build from.
- Design work is personalized to your tastes based on your responses in the Landscape Design Questionnaire
- Selection of all plants, hardscape materials, and fence/trellis/deck designs (if applicable).
